How to Redeem Vouchers

Vouchers come in a variety of our products, and are utilized so you can order materials when you intend on using your product purchased.  We have vouchers for living material and for prepaid kits (with or without living material).  Vouchers may also be referred to as 'Living Cards' or 'Living Material Order Forms,' but they are all the same thing. ALL vouchers have a control number or redemption code.  This control number/redemption code is how we determine what to send to you. 

The EASIEST and QUICKEST way to redeem you Voucher and schedule your delivery, Click Here: Carolina Biological Supply  Have your control number/redemption code ready and the address where you want us to ship.

For any voucher, to request shipment of your materials, enter your Redemption Code (a 10-character code found on your Redemption Voucher) in the Code field then click Continue to Shipping to enter your shipping address. You will have a chance to review your information and confirm the arrival date before submitting voucher order.

You can add up to 20 Redemption codes/control numbers at a time.
